Well today started off a little slow! I woke up later than planned because I went to bed a little too late, so I was pretty tired this morning and struggled through my workout. But with that being said, I still did it!
However, it could have been a lot better had I gone to bed on time. I was so tired that I was sluggish through the entire workout. Basically my brain was too tired to think about what I was doing so I was lagging. You better believe I’ll be in bed early tonight so tomorrow will be a better day!
I am on my last day of my 3 day refresh (thank goodness!!) so tomorrow I will actually be able to eat yummy food and start following my meal plan!
*Side note: The 3 day refresh is just a quick refresh of your body to get rid of the bad stuff and get back on track with your healthy goals! *
So since I’m on my last day, my meals are limited! But here they are:
Breakfast: Chocolate Vegan Shakeology with a side of 2/3 cups of blueberries
Morning Green Tea
Mid-morning Fiber Sweep
Lunch: Vanilla Fresh Protein Shake, baby carrots, grapes with almond butter
Afternoon Snack: baby carrots with hummus
Afternoon Green Tea
Dinner: Vanilla Fresh Protein Shake and Coconut Steamed Veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots)
And of course, a lot of water all day long! I at least will drink 72 ounces, but my goal is for 1 gallon. It’s important to drink a lot of water all the time because it keeps you hydrated and flushes out the bad toxins in your body! A good rule of thumb is to drink half your body weight in ounces (my starting weight was 144lbs so 144/2=72).
