Hammer & Chisel: Day 5

** For some reason I wrote this yesterday and forgot to post! Woops! Day 6 coming later today! *

Today’s workout was a shorter one, about 25 minutes! It was Iso Speed Hammer which consisted of 10 slower reps with three pauses in the middle followed by 10 fast reps.

I worked all muscle groups and did these dang pistol squats for the 4 day! They burn so bad, so I’m expecting to have buns of steel when this is over!

My meals were basically the same today:
Breakfast: 1/4 cup steel cut oatmeal, 1/2 cup mixed berries, 2 hard boiled eggs

Snack 1: 1 scoop chocolate  Shakeology, 1/2 banana, 1 tsp. natural peanut butter, dash of cinnamon, 1 cup of water, 1 cup ice. Blended together in a shake!

Lunch: 3/4 cup shredded chicken, 1/2 cup quinoa, 1 cup broccoli

Snack 2: 1/2 cup grapes with 1 tsp. almond butter

Dinner: 4 oz steak with 1 cup steamed green beans

We had some people over for dinner so I had to change up my dinner from the week!
