Hammer & Chisel: Day 9

I was feeling extra tired this morning so it took some effort to get out of bed. But once I got water and pre workout in my system, I was good to go!

My workout today was Strength Hammer. It focused on doing as many reps without weight for one minute. Followed by 8 reps with heavy weight. So my muscles were on fire!
I had to take a few breaks!

My nutrition has been great today again, but I may have to change up my loved breakfast. I get nauseous after I eat in the mornings. It’s not every day, it only last for a a couple minutes, but I feel awful! No, I’m not prego! So I was researching a little bit about it, but haven’t found much. So I might try to change my breakfast up and see if it’s a good thing?

Anyways, here’s what’s on the menu:

Breakfast: 1/4 cup steel cut oatmeal, 1/2 cup mixed berries, 2 hard boiled eggs

Snack 1: 1/2 cup grapes and 1 tsp. almond butter

Lunch: 1/2 cup brown rice, 3/4 cup shredded chicken, 1 cup broccoli and cauliflower

Snack 2: 1 scoop chocolate Shakeology, 1/2 banana, 1 tsp. natural peanut butter, dash of cinnamon, 1 cup water, and 1 cup ice. Blended together in a shake!


Snack 3: 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, 5 baby carrots, 12 raw almonds

Dinner: 4oz. Turkey breast, 1 cup of green beans
